How the message workflow schedules appointments.
Hand BookingSolved the scheduling part of a conversation — pasted, screenshotted, or shared. It interprets the appointment details on your device: the day, the time, the duration, and what the client actually wants (a new appointment, a change, an answer).
Then it checks Apple Calendar. Free times inside your work hours are suggested for availability questions; requested times are verified against existing appointments before you book. Reschedules are matched to the appointment they refer to, with the change shown for review.
Every action ends the same way: the Calendar is updated only after your approval, and a reply is copied so the client hears back immediately — in the same conversation they started.

- It’s built for client appointments agreed through messages: a service, a day, a time. You review the prepared appointment — title, time, duration — and can edit it before approving.
- How does it know my availability?
- From your work hours, your typical appointment duration, and what’s already in your Apple Calendar. Suggested times never overlap existing events.
- What if I also use a booking portal?
- They coexist fine. Portals handle self-serve bookings; BookingSolved handles the clients who message you directly — as long as both write to the calendar you use, conflicts are visible.
