A whole morning isn't a 1-hour slot.
Most calendar apps will happily show a free hour at 11 even when a deep clean at 9 won't be done until 1. For a cleaner, “free” has to mean the whole job fits, plus the drive to the next house.
In BookingSolved, pick the Cleaner starter services once (standard, deep, and move-out), then change the lengths and travel buffers to match how you actually work. When a client asks “any time next week?”, only openings that fit the full job are offered.
Suggested times aren't reservations. Nothing is booked until you approve it.
Common questions
- A deep clean takes most of the day. Will it offer a slot that's too short?
- No. Set your deep-clean length (for example 4 hours) and a travel buffer once. Open times are only suggested where the whole job plus travel fits inside your hours.
- Clients text me their address. Does BookingSolved save it?
- Not automatically. You can add a location to the appointment when you review it, and it goes into your Apple Calendar event — BookingSolved doesn't keep a separate client database.
- Can I block travel time between houses?
- Yes. Each service can have its own cleanup or travel buffer, so back-to-back jobs across town aren't offered to clients.
- Does it send reminders to my clients?
- No. BookingSolved prepares replies for you to send yourself. It never messages clients on its own.
