What BookingSolved does, what it deliberately doesn’t, and how the details work. If something is missing, the support page goes deeper.
- What is BookingSolved?
- BookingSolved is an iPhone and iPad app for people who book clients through messages. You paste a scheduling message, choose a screenshot, or share text through the iOS Share Sheet, and BookingSolved interprets the scheduling details, checks Apple Calendar on your device, and prepares the next action — book, offer available times, move, cancel, or ask the missing question — together with a reply you can copy and send. How it works →
- Does BookingSolved replace Apple Calendar?
- No. Apple Calendar stays the center of your schedule. BookingSolved reads it to check availability and writes to it only when you approve an action. There is no separate BookingSolved calendar to maintain.
- Do I need to connect Instagram, Messages, or WhatsApp?
- No, and you can’t — there is no inbox connection. BookingSolved only receives what you intentionally hand it: a pasted message, a chosen screenshot, or content you share through the iOS Share Sheet.
- Does BookingSolved automatically send messages to clients?
- Never. Replies are prepared and copied to your clipboard. You decide whether to send them, when, and in which app. Your client relationships stay yours.
- Can BookingSolved see all my messages?
- No. It has no access to your conversations, message history, or notifications. It sees exactly one thing at a time: the text or screenshot you chose to share with it.
- How does BookingSolved find available appointment times?
- It combines your work hours, your typical appointment duration, and the events already in your Calendar, then suggests up to three conflict-free times that match what the client asked for. Suggestions are options for your reply — nothing is reserved until you book it. Availability scheduler →
- Can it help reschedule appointments?
- Yes. A change request like “can we do an hour later?” is matched to the existing appointment in your Calendar. You see exactly what will move before approving, and the appointment’s details stay intact. If the new time conflicts, BookingSolved prepares alternatives instead. Rescheduling →
- Can it cancel appointments?
- Yes. Cancellation asks for an extra confirmation, removes the appointment from your Calendar, and copies an acknowledgment reply. Undo is available right afterwards if you change your mind.
- What if BookingSolved interprets something incorrectly?
- Nothing happens without your review. Every prepared action shows the interpreted day, time, and details before you approve, and you can edit them. If a message is too vague to schedule, BookingSolved prepares a clarifying question instead of guessing.
- Why does BookingSolved need Calendar access?
- Calendar access is how it checks your availability, prevents double-booking, and adds or updates appointments when you approve an action. Without it, none of the scheduling workflows can function.
- Does BookingSolved use cloud AI?
- No. Scheduling messages and screenshots are designed to be processed on your device using Apple’s built-in frameworks, including on-device text recognition. Your client messages are not sent to BookingSolved servers or third-party AI services. Privacy policy →
- Does it work on iPad?
- Yes. BookingSolved is designed for iPhone and iPad, including a two-pane iPad layout, and requires iOS 18 or later.
- Does BookingSolved require an account?
- No BookingSolved account at launch. There is nothing to sign up for and no login — download the app and start with your first message. Subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID, not a BookingSolved login.
- What is BookingSolved Pro?
- BookingSolved Pro is the subscription that unlocks the core scheduling workflows — booking from messages, availability replies, reschedules, and Share Sheet workflows. It is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID, with current pricing shown on the App Store.
- How do I restore purchases?
- Use Restore Purchases inside the app — it appears on the plan screen and in the app’s settings under Subscription. Restoring checks your Apple ID for an existing BookingSolved Pro subscription and unlocks it on the device.
- How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
- Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open your Apple ID subscription settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iPhone) and select BookingSolved. Canceling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
