How it works

From message to booking.

BookingSolved sits between the scheduling messages you already receive and the Apple Calendar you already use. Here is the entire architecture, honestly explained.

Calendar action + ready reply

Three steps. No setup project.

1 · Share

Three ways in, all intentional:

  • — Paste a scheduling message
  • — Choose a scheduling screenshot
  • — Share text or an image with the iOS Share Sheet

BookingSolved only ever sees what you hand it. There is no inbox connection to set up — or to worry about.

2 · Check

BookingSolved interprets the scheduling details — day, time, duration, intent — and checks Apple Calendar on the device: is the time free, does it fit your work hours, is there an existing appointment this message refers to?

Screenshots are read with on-device text recognition.

3 · Solve

You get the safest useful next action, prepared and waiting for your approval:

  • Book + Copy
  • Copy Best Times
  • Copy Alternatives
  • Move + Copy
  • Cancel + Copy
  • Copy Question

Every Calendar change requires your explicit approval, and replies are copied to your clipboard — BookingSolved never sends messages to your clients.

Every scheduling situation it handles.

Booking

An agreed time becomes a Calendar appointment.

When the message contains a concrete time — “Tuesday at 2 works!” — BookingSolved prepares the appointment and a short confirmation reply. One approval books it into Apple Calendar and copies the reply for you to send.

Availability

“When are you free?” gets a useful answer.

BookingSolved looks at your work hours and existing appointments, then suggests up to three conflict-free times that fit the client’s request. Copy Best Times puts them in a reply, ready to send.

Conflicts

A busy time turns into alternatives.

If the requested time collides with something already in your Calendar, BookingSolved says so honestly and prepares nearby alternatives — same day where possible, next best options where not.

Reschedules

“An hour later” moves the right appointment.

BookingSolved matches the change request to the existing appointment, shows you exactly what will move, and asks before touching anything. The title, duration, and details you already set stay intact.

Cancellations

A cancellation clears your Calendar too.

One confirmed action removes the appointment and copies an acknowledgment reply. Changed your mind? Undo restores the appointment exactly as it was.

Missing details

Incomplete messages get the right question.

When a message doesn’t contain enough to schedule — no day, no time — BookingSolved prepares the one question that moves the booking forward instead of guessing.

Client message

Can you fit me in next week?

One detail missing

“Which day next week works best for you?”

Why it asks for Calendar access

Calendar access is what lets BookingSolved check availability, prevent double-booking, and add or update appointments when you approve an action. You choose which calendar is your work calendar; the rest of your schedule is only read to detect conflicts.

You stay in charge of accuracy

Interpretation happens on the device and is shown to you before anything changes. Review scheduling details before confirming — you can edit the prepared appointment, and material actions can be undone right after they run.

Stop typing appointments twice.
