For nail techs

Spend less time retyping nail appointments.

Fills every two weeks, full sets that need real time blocks, clients who book by message the moment they chip a nail. BookingSolved turns those messages into your schedule.

The fill lands in the right-sized slot.

The rebooking treadmill, minus the typing.

Nail clients are wonderfully predictable: the same fill, roughly the same interval, booked with a quick message. Which means a nail tech types the same appointment — same client, same service, new date — over and over, all year.

BookingSolved eats that repetition. “Friday at 1 for my fill?” arrives; you share it; the appointment is prepared with the time verified against your Friday. Approve, and the confirmation is on your clipboard for the thread. The whole exchange takes less time than opening the calendar app.

When the ask is vaguer — “can you squeeze me in this week?” — you get real openings from your work hours to offer, sized to your appointment length, so a full set is never wedged into a forty-minute gap.

You review every appointment — service, day, time, duration — before it’s booked. Nothing is added to your Calendar without your approval.

This-week requests

“Any time this week?” gets a real answer.

Instead of scrolling your week while the client waits, share the message and copy the reply: two or three genuinely open slots that fit a fill, straight from your Calendar.

Common questions

Fills and full sets take different time. How is that handled?
Your default duration covers your most common service, and every prepared appointment shows its duration before you book — change it in a tap when a full set needs the longer block. Availability suggestions only offer gaps that actually fit.
Clients rebook every two or three weeks. Does that help?
It’s the perfect rhythm for this workflow: the rebooking message (“same time in two weeks?”) becomes the next appointment with one approval — no retyping the same client’s details twelve times a year.
Can it read a booking request from a photo of my chat?
Yes. Choose a screenshot of the exchange and on-device text recognition pulls the scheduling details out — handled exactly like pasted text, without uploading the image to BookingSolved servers.
Does it track deposits or payments?
No. BookingSolved doesn’t process client payments — deposits stay however you handle them today. It keeps to one job: the appointment and the reply.

The fill books itself. Almost.
