For lash artists
Turn lash booking messages into Calendar actions.
Long appointments, tight spacing, clients who live in your DMs. Lash scheduling has no room for double-booking — so your Calendar should be checked before you say yes.

Full Set
Tuesday · 2:00 PM · 2 hours
A two-hour appointment is a two-hour promise.
Saying “yes, Tuesday at 2” to a full set commits a serious block of your day. Say it from memory, between clients, and you’re gambling that nothing else is parked there. That gamble is how lash artists end up choosing which client to disappoint.
BookingSolved checks before you promise. The message becomes a prepared appointment with the full duration visible, verified against your Apple Calendar. If the block is clear, one approval books it and copies your confirmation. If it isn’t, you get honest alternatives to offer instead — before anyone is let down.
And because most lash bookings start as DMs, the screenshot workflow matters: capture the exchange, choose it in the app, and the text is read on your device. No inbox connection, ever.
Replies are copied for you to paste back into the DM — BookingSolved never messages your clients.
Fill moved? Fine.
Fills shift. The appointment survives.
“Can we do my fill an hour later?” moves the existing appointment — not a delete-and-rebuild. You see exactly what changes, the new time is conflict-checked, and Undo is right there if plans flip again.

Common questions
- Full sets need 2+ hours. Do suggestions respect that?
- Yes — availability is calculated with your appointment duration, so a full set is only ever offered a gap that truly fits it. Fills can use a shorter duration when you adjust the prepared appointment.
- Clients DM me on Instagram. How does that work here?
- Screenshot the exchange and choose it in BookingSolved (or share it from Photos). The text is read on your device — there’s no Instagram connection and no inbox access, by design.
- What happens when a client pushes a fill by a week?
- The move request is matched to the existing appointment, you see old time → new time, and one approval updates your Calendar and copies the confirmation. The set details you entered stay put.
- Can it enforce my lash fill timing policy?
- No — policies stay yours to apply. BookingSolved shows you what the client asked and what your Calendar allows; you decide what to offer and approve.
