Availability scheduler

Answer “When are you free?” without bouncing between apps.

What a good availability answer is made of.

“I’m pretty open Thursday” causes three more messages. A useful answer is specific — and specificity needs your actual schedule.

Your work hours

Asked for once, editable anytime. Suggestions never land outside the hours you actually take clients.

Appointment duration

Your typical appointment length shapes which gaps count as usable — a 30-minute crack isn’t offered for a 2-hour job.

Your real Calendar

Existing appointments block their slots automatically. Suggested times are conflict-free by construction.

The client’s constraints

“Thursday afternoon” narrows the search to Thursday afternoon. The reply answers the question that was asked.

BookingSolved doesn’t promise perfect prediction — it reflects your Calendar honestly and shows you the reply before anything is sent.

From question to sent reply in seconds.

  1. 1

Share the availability question — pasted, screenshotted, or via the Share Sheet.

  2. 2

BookingSolved reads the constraint (“Thursday?”, “afternoon?”, “next week?”) and searches your work hours around existing appointments.

  3. 3

Up to three conflict-free times come back as a written reply. Adjust if you like.

  4. 4

Copy Best Times, paste it into the conversation, send. When the client picks one, share their answer back and book it.

Common questions

How many times does it suggest?
Up to three good options — enough for the client to choose from without reading a wall of times. If a day is truly full, BookingSolved says so honestly and can widen the search once, telling you that it did.
Are suggested times reserved?
No. Suggestions are options for your reply. A time is only committed when the client agrees and you approve the booking — at which point it’s verified against your Calendar again.
What if I keep personal events in the same Calendar?
Anything already scheduled blocks its time, whether it’s a client or a dentist appointment. Your reply never offers a slot you don’t actually have.
Can it predict my availability perfectly?
It reflects exactly what your Calendar and work hours say — nothing more. If something isn’t in the Calendar, BookingSolved can’t know about it, which is why every suggestion is reviewed by you before it’s sent.

“When are you free?” Your reply is ready.
