Safe rescheduling is a three-check process.
Match. The message is matched to the appointment it refers to in your Apple Calendar. Ambiguity becomes a question for you, never an assumption.
Review. The change is shown as old time → new time, with the appointment’s title and day, before anything is written. The new time is verified against your schedule for conflicts.
Approve. One tap moves the appointment and copies the confirmation reply. Details you entered — duration, notes, calendar — stay untouched. Undo is available right after.
If the requested new time is busy, you get alternatives to offer instead of a double-booking.
When the new time doesn’t work
Conflicts become counter-offers.
The client wants a slot you don’t have. Instead of a manual search, BookingSolved prepares nearby times that genuinely fit — same day where possible — phrased as a reply you can send immediately.

Common questions
- How does it find the right appointment to move?
- The change request is matched against the appointments in your Calendar — the day, time, and context in the message point to the one it refers to. If it isn’t certain, BookingSolved asks you to confirm which appointment is meant instead of guessing.
- What survives the move?
- Everything you set: the title, duration, notes, and calendar. Only the time changes — you see old time → new time before approving.
- What if the new time is already taken?
- BookingSolved tells you and prepares alternatives to offer the client, rather than stacking two appointments on top of each other.
- What if the appointment was changed elsewhere?
- If the Calendar version differs from what BookingSolved last saw — say you edited it on your Mac — the change is detected and the prepared action is re-evaluated before anything moves. External edits are never silently overwritten.
- Can I undo a move or cancellation?
- Yes. Right after a material change, Undo restores the appointment exactly as it was.
